Pros
- Company founders/leaders are literally on the floor with their team all day.. everyday. - The founders truly believe in work-life balance and care deeply about employees / their family life - No pressure on sales metrics/micro - management doesn't exist here which in return actually motivates those to do good and work hard - Employees are rewarded often - Epic Christmas Party and Presidents Club trips - If you care about work life balance, coming to work everyday NOT anxious, having a supportive management team that doesn't micromanage, awesome mixers, holiday events, making money, challenging yourself to be the best sales/recruiter you can be you need to join BP.
Cons
The company doesn't care about a cool office with the best snacks/beer on tap, being located in the city, or having music jamming all day. What they DO care about is building a team where their employees want to come to work everyday. They also deeply care about supporting their clients in the Pharma and Biotech space the best they can. Which I guess isn't much of a con...
