It's in India but you will feel it's abroad.. The work culture, work life balance is amazing. People are free to work in there own comfortable shift. I had one of the best experience working with this organization. My Mentor - Mr. Kedar Nigavekar is one of the finest person and amazing boss I got an opportunity to work with. I have learnt alot in such short span. HR - Ms Rojalin is one person who never made me feel that i am away from home. She took care of smallest of the thing. She makes sure to celebrate each n every moment and staff get the ease at work. She is always there. I really miss working at BQ specially because of these two. Shrini, lokesh, dinesh.. Full of ideas n experience.. It's a great place to learn
