Work Timings BioTecNika prides in having a flexible work environment wherein every employee has to complete 45 hours in a week with extra payments if some one does over time. Flexible work environment obviously means there is no restriction on Login and Log out timings, Hopefully this answers your allegation of No Work life balance Lunch is served FREE of Cost to all BioTecNika Employees in our Office ( Currently Only Bangalore offices ).
