Pros
The pros? There is ample parking.
Cons
The top dog says he pays qualified people a low wage because: "this job is meant as a 'training opportunity' & having the experience will help them get better jobs in the future" The wage here for a university graduate is below the national average, similar to that of a trainee or unqualified person in a low level job. The CEOs take home around 1 million a year, treat staff like crap & reap the rewards. There is no training schedule for new hires, or existing staff. You're lucky if you're shown how to do something more than once, then you're left to figure it out alone. Which is why there are so many mistakes and stock losses. There are 'favourites' among staff. If you're not liked by the creepy managers, they break you down mentally, decrease your job status and pay until you walk out. This is why there is such a high turnover of staff. No HR support no proper grievance procedures no job satisfaction No equality, diversity and inclusion policies or targets No reasons to work here (unless you're desperate or hate yourself.)
