Pros
Good first job out of collage to get some real world experience, friendly work environment, cool build, the work itself is great.
Cons
Not much room to advance, compensation is laughable, very poor management. This company is a great stepping stone to move on to other companies. There is a real lack of appreciation via compensation. The annual review process may as well be fodder for a sitcom about working in an office environment were your boss wants you to give 110% but in return they can only give you 2% (3% if you can walk on water). Each year, they seem to just recycle their hypocritical reasons/excuses as how you can improve and why they can't give you what you ask for. The systems utilize to complete tasks are behind the times or poorly developed by individuals who claim to have knowledge of what they are doing, but can seem to roll the system out in a timely fashion. (Come on, it’s been 7 years and it’s still not up and running!!!!) Amateur Hour is the perfect way to describe this company. This company is afraid to remove the weak links and compensate their A+ employees and that is why it will continue to decline into the abyss of failure. In the beginning it was a promising ideal to be a flexible family oriented company. All the pomp and circumstance was well received, but alas it all ended up simply being smoke and mirrors. Fool me one, shame on you. Fool me twice ...you’ll never get the chance!!
