Company is not willing to spend any money, take leadership, or hire the appropriate amount of people to catch up to their competition. Through lack of direction, unknowledgeable managers, terrible communication, and the inability to get forward-thinking ideas approved, all is lost. Very sad that the chairman is the only executive concerned about the growth of the company. -Out of date technology, very high turnover, low pay, a very cliquey atmosphere, and no training program which equates to very high stress levels. The amount of unfairness and immoral activity that existed was incredible. As many would agree, HR is virus to the company. I am very shocked that they have not been sued for the unethical activity that exudes from this department. Either fake it to get on their good side or don’t ever expect to get a raise (HR has all of the executives on a leash). Be sure not to share any personal information unless you want it spread throughout the entire company.
