Pros
Good colleagues who tried hard to keep up- People who really cared about the work they were doing, but were just spread too thin to keep up.
Cons
I left a few months ago for a better paying job and wasn't going to add to the many negative reviews here, but that last review was so obviously an executive team member writing a fake happy review, I felt the need to keep it real. The pay is horrible compared to similar positions that are actually hiring remotely, so people leaving will continue. The politics on who is liked and who is not is obvious within days of working there. There just is little value put on those who do all the actual work of what makes the place run.
