Pros

As you can see by the dates, most bad reviews are a few years old. Since then, the company is under new ownership, which has really prioritized culture and growth. I can say with certainty this has become a great place to work, and there are so many great people here. B4ALL's new CEO is a breath of fresh air and prioritizes the happiness of her employees. Right now, the company is poised to grow a lot very quickly. So if you can get it now, on the ground floor, it's a great spot to be in.

Cons

There's a lot to do, which will be a con for some. Because of all the growth and still being a small company, it's very much startup mode.

Pros

provides good pay and benefits, and hands on experience in an often overlooked field.

Cons

There can be strict deadlines and output expectations, but overall it wasn't anything impossible. The learning curve for figuring out how best to resolve issues can be daunting.
