Interesting engineering field in Spain

No competive management, in general the speech sounds from the beginning as it comes from a flake. Salary is quite normal and the schedule is very tight, in my opinion the company is overcharged in that field and not competitive besides project price and been granted from a few goverment funds.

Good work life balance. They care for staff.

Sometimes there are miscommunications between managers.
