      Pros

      The vocational team is wonderful and really makes you feel like you're part of a big family. Their policies, procedures, and rules are very clear and fair and they take good care of their employees

      Cons

      Due to state budget restrictions, BIOS cannot pay very highly.

      Pros

      Assisting People supported and being able to assist some to have a perfect life with any disability. This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.
