Long, Long hours (and this is office staff, not clinical). I was oncall every other week for 24 straight hours a day, with my coworker. We would trade weeks back and forth. During that week you never got a full nights sleep. Other on-call departments were off during the day, but not our department. Management, from the very bottom to the very top, is the worse. They do not listen to office staff complaints and do not deal with them appropriately. There is too much favoritism of the lazy people and no promotions for the people that actually put in the time and effort to get the work done. I worked there for almost 9 years and it was like walking out of a nightmare when I found a much better job and quit.
