You get hands-on experience with incredible projects and are trusted with real responsibility, which makes the work exciting and meaningful. The team is collaborative, supportive, and very passionate about what they do, which makes long event days feel rewarding and fun. It’s fast-paced, but in the best way, and you learn so much in a short amount of time. Truly an amazing environment for anyone who loves events and wants to grow in the industry.

Great team + collaborator who will work themselves to the bone for the end product.

No work/life balance at all, pulling teeth to get profit sharing paid out, shady practices, management won't take any critiques despite revolving door of staff and fast burnout. Everyone consistently works 60+ hours/week and is expected to wear it like a badge of honor. Very expensive medical plans only and they work with unsavory characters (Mar-A-Lago, Trump, extremely pro-Israel clients)
