Pros
The product itself is quite good I found the culture/people in the sales team to be largely friendly and very decent. Most of the SDR leadership was very helpful and tried their best Initial training for first month or two quite useful for a relatively new SDR
Cons
Constantly moving goalposts in terms of progression Barely 30% of the team hitting targets - Targets not adjusted even when leads, target clients or even segments change Too many team meetings about nothing Leads are terrible Genuinely soul destroying-enthusiasm killing job for large parts, makes going to work in the morning very difficult Insane turnover - people come and go before you even know their name just about. The SDR leadership were clearly under significant pressure to hit targets so threw every 2nd person on a PIP - didn't result in people improving just a roundabout of people getting on PIPS and leaving within a month or two Poor pay
