Pros
My colleagues were fantastic. Benefits were good
Cons
Oh so many. Quota is unattainable. Only a few people across the entire sales org are able to meet quota regularly. Prepare for every call/email/text/recording/etc to be picked apart by the VP in a large group setting. Micromanaging is their solution for any systemic issue. The entire team struggles? Expected hours adding to your work week with admin reporting on details already in salesforce. And mandatory meetings to talk through the info… Micromanaging aside - it’s remote but don’t expect work/life boundaries. Management calls personal cells at 7pm or 6am. PTO wasn’t encouraged but questioned. The management relied on the workaholics and regularly churned through sales folks. Unless you’ve been there for years and are the right “fit”, there is little to no career progression. PIPs are very common across the board. Don’t get too attached to your bdr or expect job security. Team will be 50% new within 6 months. Pay is not aligned with quota. So so so many fundamental changes in process and expectations without rep feedback. I could go deeper but just read through the US reviews to get the picture.
