Worst culture ever, specially that academic team. It’s run by dictators who hates it even if you smile and take lunch break. I m sure the slaves who worked for building pyramids were happier.

Good work environment with excellent learning opportunities. Supportive colleagues and management team.

Work-life balance can improve. Limited career advancement opportunities in some departments.
