While every company needs to be able to make a profit, they don't know how to scope projects and then let you go when the project goes over budget. They don't know how to deliver quality service to their customers. They put people in positions who have no experience in them. Examples: - Project Managers - Development folks who don't have enough experience for the project needs and who don't know how to use wireframes. Most of the offshore folks do not have a good enough command of (written) English to be on projects requiring English proficiency. The support services like HR are abysmal and their self-service portal is the worst I've ever seen.
