Pros
The only pros to working here were the hours(not on the weekend), and getting a discount on party supplies.
Cons
The upper management is heartless and selfish; they do not care about their employees, no respect, no notice or recognition of your hard work, no raises after being there for years. The point system is awful; you will get points for a death in your family(unless it is your mom/dad/sibling/grandparent), or points if your sick or have a sick child(even with a doctor's excuse.) Things constantly change in the system/company without little notice to the employees.
