Over the past two years the CEO has done an incredible job of creating efficiencies throughout the company and this meant removing the toxic employees that were ruining it for the rest of us and replacing them with smart happy folks.
Birthdays are the business here. Birthday Direct has a theme party each month to celebrate employees birthdays.
I like it here a lot.

This is not a place for someone who only wants to sit behind a desk and do only one job. Everyone chips in and multi-tasks during the work day.

The warehouse has an air conditioner in summer and heat in winter. The orders are easy to process and the products are so fun. I love our morning meetings. Everyone is like family here. If you want to advance, just tell management and they will cross-train you in other jobs. The more you learn the higher your pay.

I can't think of any. So much better than my last job.
