      Pros

      They pay well and you can be sure you get paid on time. They have never missed any payment. They follow strict international rules when it comes to working. It is likes you are under a union but not because you are well taken care of. They will pay your OT if you work more than what is stated in your contract. They will give per diem if you have to work outside of where you resides.
