3yThis is naturally a disappointing and slightly frustrating review to receive, especially from an apparently former member of staff who stayed with us for more than four years (although I think you've chosen to allocate yourself as an 'account manager' in this review when your comments suggest your experience is solely in the factory). Your comments don't seem balanced and I don't really believe you hated every minute and most of your 200 colleagues (more than four years is too long to stay in a job that gives you such lack of satisfaction or enjoyment!) I'd also hope that any 'blame culture' is at an all time low - we accept that mistakes happen but we try and promote care so clients get what they want and we share the financial benefit of any savings below monthly average with staff members. Nobody should get shouted at for making a coffee, especially since we invested this year in new facilities for the very purpose of improving facilities. We won't be taking your advice to 'just shut down' (the print industry is challenging but I very much hope not quite that serious for us in the months ahead) but if you can offer some more detail and some constructive criticism that I can act upon, then do message me privately.
