Pros
Was tolerable in the beginning, but has taken a nosedive with new changes within organization. My building was thoroughly air conditioned though. Honestly can't say there were any other pros.

No accountability from Upper Management Broken/outdated technology Limited parking at Corporate Goals change abruptly Years of experience means nothing No Job Security Poor Salary No opportunity for growth. Promotions will be based on friendships and alliances. If by chance you do get a promotion based on skill without these friendships, will likely be let go. More than 10 people let go this Friday, the Friday before "Employee Appreciation Week." 9 people from another department was fired the previous Friday. No real reason was given and procedures that were followed with others were not followed with any of us. Group firings seem to occur almost every week since the VP's were let go
