Wonderful Team, Management, and Best owner. Everyone in management and ownership has been (and still are) in your shoes, so they have a very good understanding of your job and are always willing to not only help you learn and be better at your job, but also help out when work gets crazy, and also listen to you if you have concerns, or ideas on what could be changed to better the DA's experience out there while delivering. They give Competitive pay for the work being done and give good weekly bonuses as well for people who go above and beyond, and also stay with them over time. They Have a crate full of Free Snacks and Drinks for DA's to take with them on your routes, Sometimes even free food: lunches and breakfasts are provided. Dispatch is always available and helpful. Management is always respectful, kind, and always willing to help with anything job-related, or non-job-related as well. There are plenty of company outings, fun holiday parties, and plenty of room for growth and promotion. Honestly, it feels like you join a family here. Everyone I've met was always positive and hard-working; they work hard, and take their jobs seriously, but at the same time, they also don't forget to smile and have fun when they get the chance. If you like delivery driving, and want to do it with Amazon, and want to do it long term, I HIGHLY recommend them.

Do not work for this company. They are a waste of time and energy. Management is disorganized. They onboard you for weeks, make you take an interview, background check and drug test, set up a class date, then on the morning of your first class, they tell you that you aren't needed due to decreased routes, but will contact you in the future. They then go on to post the same job on Indeed for months! No wonder they have a high turnover rate.
