Pros

Great if you like a work out and lifting heavy nails all day. Flexible hours. Great co workers.

Cons

Poor pay. Terrible benefits, company only pays half, you get stuck with the other half. Poorly managed, not open to new ideas, still operating like they did 10 years ago. Unsafe, the building is sinking and the racking is old. Pallets are stacked everywhere. Would not be suprised if someone gets killed. Fire exits locked. Would not be able to function if the printers broke down, everything is paper driven and very prone to mistakes. No room for advancement, opportunities are not even posted in house for employees to apply for. Really shows the confidence they have in their current staff. Every little mistake is pointed out to employees but rarely ever get commended for their hard work. No Christmas bonus, talk about cheap, these people work hard for you all year long and it would be nice to show some appreciation for the millions of dollars you make off the backs of others hard work. These people have families. The pay really is laughable. Go nowhere job. Poor training.

Processes and systems can still feel traditional, which can slow down execution at times.
