Pros

Biszon is a good place if you’re someone who likes to take initiative. I’ve had the chance to lead improvement projects across departments and suggest ideas directly to management, especially on things like improving yield, solving process issues, and cutting costs. The company takes certifications seriously, so the systems and hygiene standards—especially for food industry clients—are quite solid. The role also gave me hands-on experience in both the technical side and some leadership tasks, which is great if you're looking to grow into a management role later on.

Cons

One thing to note is there’s not much structured training for new engineers—you’re expected to pick things up on your own, ask questions, and figure things out through real situations. The ERP and IoT systems are still in the process of being developed, so sometimes you still need to do things manually. Engineers are also expected to join discussions and brainstorming sessions for IoT setup, so if you don’t have much experience in that area yet, it can be a bit overwhelming at first

Pros

valuable hands on experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment, making it a good place for those eager to learn and adapt quickly. get exposure to various processes and have opportunities to develop problem solving skills.

Cons

The hectic and fast-paced environment demands employees to be highly independent learners, as guidance and training can be limited. Discussions can be challenging, as the pressure to meet tight deadlines often results in short-tempered interactions, with many employees appearing easily frustrated or impatient. Additionally, frequent staff shortages further add to the stress, making it difficult to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment. A more structured support system and better workload management could improve overall workplace morale.
