Service cloud, more specific to Servicemax Package. Learning wise it's good, if you are not sacked in 2-3 weeks.
Cons
1. Salary structure is so poor that a customer care executive gets better. 2. On top of bottom air salary, they cut variable pay 10%. 3. CEO posters a fake leadership, under whom the most experienced manager who threats employees for bad performance and scared them of sacking. 4. While working, you can notice good skilled people disappear every month, who all were joined in the previous month. Reason, they hire employees for the upcoming projects and when due to few reasons it doesn't come. They sack the hired employee with 1 month salary. During my working period, I saw 6-7 employees sacked with unknown reasons. 5. They shock you while calling in cabinvto tell you that your performance is not up to mark. You aren't eligible for hike. Even good skilled employees faced such things. 6. They say LOP(loss of pay). It is used in every salary deduction. 7. For freshers, they don't give you any salary for 2-3 months. They will give you sfdc training and assignments. On the basis of assignments and leadership will they hire you. No guarantee here. 8. They invest a good amount only in making infrastructure of company, still if you go to new office you won't get enough parking space.
