First and foremost Bit Zesty has a strong family culture that offers a supportive working environment, where employees can learn, develop and contribute. Day in day out, I learnt new skills and got to learn from others, whilst also being able to educate them on my skillset. Although everyone can be extremely busy in their own roles at times, there is a strong team ethic - everyone pitches in! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my Bit Zesty experience and would strongly recommend the company to anyone looking to be part of an innovative, friendly and forward-thinking organisation.

I honestly can’t think of any negative comments that would make me hesitant in applying to work for Bit Zesty again. Nowhere you work will ever be ‘perfect’, but Bit Zesty certainly ticks a lot of the boxes and aim to suit all employees needs to make them feel part of the BZ family.

I can honestly say Bit Zesty is one of the best places I could imagine working: both in terms of career opportunities and lifestyle. You are given responsibility and ownership for tasks, yet offered support and mentorship when needed. The work is very diverse and fast paced across clients, so you get to build up a wide range of experience. The people are fantastic, and the team is close-knit. Everyone gets along and has a laugh (even the remote team members). There are team outings and often the opportunity to grab a drink or a meal after work on Fridays. The office space is modern and spacious, and there are free snacks and drinks available.
