A good company with a great heart - Software Engineer Bit Zesty Employee Review

First and foremost Bit Zesty has a strong family culture that offers a supportive working environment, where employees can learn, develop and contribute. Day in day out, I learnt new skills and got to learn from others, whilst also being able to educate them on my skillset. Although everyone can be extremely busy in their own roles at times, there is a strong team ethic - everyone pitches in! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my Bit Zesty experience and would strongly recommend the company to anyone looking to be part of an innovative, friendly and forward-thinking organisation.

I honestly can’t think of any negative comments that would make me hesitant in applying to work for Bit Zesty again. Nowhere you work will ever be ‘perfect’, but Bit Zesty certainly ticks a lot of the boxes and aim to suit all employees needs to make them feel part of the BZ family.

I was been working here remotely from Russia (Kazan) over than 5 years. What can I say about Bitzesty? It's a place where you can: - work with friendly people which always trying to help and support each other - have professional and adequate code reviews, so that your coding level will be always growing up - up your level (Team always trying to use NEW technologies & tools and do regular upgrades of existing stack) - earn good money (Bitzesty analyzing your progress and increases your salary regularly when your level and quality up) - have ability to take a day off if it's needed or work part-time - have funny Dev days (yep sometimes all we need to make a small pause from coding and just get fun with team) - be happy and work without stress Highly recommend that company to all IT community.
