Work anytime anywhere remotely with team speading all over the world but we have strong relationship like a family! Company also provide a fancy coworking space in Indonesia. Have been working together like 3 years with the peoples and we have done lots of wonderful things. Awesome and sophisticated project management tool that makes all the work keeps organized and allow team to collaborate effectively. Cons
Working with team from different timezone can be bit frustating with the availibility. Had to be a bit tricky with managing the working time. The deadline sometime also a bit challanging. But company also used to offer a nice bonuses for overtime work and efforts.
