Pros

The company culture is very young and loud. Good people working there and very driven and extremely hard working.

Cons

The studio is very loud and good luck trying to get a phone conversation in the office anywhere. There seems to be a lack of good leadership and organization. They are losing money faster than they can make it...oh wait they aren't making any money...at all. The studio staff works around the clock including Sundays and everyone seems to be on edge trying to produce content yesterday and at unrelenting pace. There are people with no idea what they are doing, but act like they do even though it's all for show. I don't believe they will last the year due to funding issues, organization and business structure...

Pros

Amazing workers, full of great young energy, always smiling, really dedicated to their work in producing an excellent product. Very talented production team with creative ideas. The company culture is fantastic and the shows they produce are fun and vibrant.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing, the company has no long term goals of where they want to be, what their brand identity is, and they are hemoraging money like I've never seen before. There is no marketing department (minus one person who did social media, but she was recently let go because management "didn't understand Twitter") so they spend a lot of money to make a product that barely gets any views at all. What is the point of making TV/online shows that nobody is going to watch? My advice... go there to get the experience and the flashy name on the resume and get out as soon as something better comes along.
