The only thing good about this company is that you get to work in Dubai.

- No one to help on finance and admin related issues. - No transparency in the process. Things can be done opposite of what was promised. - Worst leave policy I literally had the worst days while working on Bitech Payroll. When I was hired, I was told that the contract would be for 6 months and initial three month would be probation. When I joined the company, I got to know that the initial contract was for 3 months only and next three months were extension from the company. On this six months payroll, I was asked to serve the probation period (which is expected). During these days, I am not allowed to take any leave (be it sick or planned). If I do so, I don't get the salary. As the contract has to end in 6 months, I have to serve the next 3 months on Notice Period. So, this means no leaves either. In short, you are not entitled to take any leave during your stay at Bitech. Even this is acceptable when they say that you will be paid for the Leaves in you Full and Final settlement. But as expected, they denied this and nothing in the settlement. Apart from the financial issues, whenever I called Bitech for any help or questions, i never had a proper reply. The replies were always ambiguous and people never had any idea about it.

Help to get a Job in Dubai.

1. The onboarding process is tedious as they will not allow you to come to the main office. The will send drivers and do the formalities in a Car. 2. They don’t have fix date for the salary to be credited. 3. They will make you run around for the Visa and National ID . It took me more then 40 days for my visa. After a lot of begging, they returned the passport with stamping. 4. The leave policy is hopeless.
