Understandably, we know that the recent news of our decision to scale down our organisation came as a shock to many. Unfortunately, the current market situation was impossible for us to fully predict, resulting in us having to move fast to make this difficult decision to ensure that we remain a financially healthy company, no matter how long the markets take to recover.
