Good teamwork in this company for the most part

Heavy workload at times but still manageable

The manager for this role had your back. She often went to bat for me when the company went through the pandemic. You got to get close to participants. You enjoy getting to talk to people about Bittersweet and the really unique environment that it holds. I still have never seen a place like it. You had continuous conversations with management and directors about recruitment efforts and it often kept positive relations.

The pressure of doing more - even if you don't have capacity. A constant "pressure" to "be better" because of the role you hold.
