It's also great to know that you find our front-line managers supportive and competent. We recently completed our Leadership 360 review process and our front line leaders received very positive feedback from across BizIQ. We appreciate you providing feedback in that process.
We acknowledge your concerns about the quality of leads and the differences between training and real-world experience. Transparency (one of our core values) and consistency are critical, and we'll review our training program to ensure it accurately reflects the realities of the sales process. In 2024, we've restructured our sales training program and have significantly improve results with success in our new reps. Your suggestion to allow more flexibility in the script to leverage individual sales experience and psychology is well taken and will be provided to the senior sales leadership team.
Your feedback about not treating people like KPIs is important to us. Metrics are a necessity for evaluating performance and identifying gaps on how we are servicing our customers. We understand the importance of recognizing and valuing each team member as an individual which is why we've recently launched our individualized targeted attainment plans which provides a framework for every sales person to identify their target earnings and work backwards to their own KPIs that will lead to achieving their goals. Employee's financial goals are extremely important to BizIQ which is why we've implemented several programs that focuses in this area.
