Pros

Bizarre Group Agency is a place where you’ll grow quickly if you’re willing to put in the work. The environment is energetic and collaborative, and the team is supportive and motivating. You’re given real responsibility early on, which helps you build confidence and develop both professionally and personally. Leadership is involved and invested in helping employees improve, and the culture encourages accountability and growth.

Cons

The role is very demanding, and the time commitment can make it difficult to balance with other major responsibilities. I personally considered continuing this job while going back to school, but the workload and pace made it challenging to manage both. It might not be the best fit for everyone, but if you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the experience and growth you gain are well worth it.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience with the company so far. The team is fun to be around, supportive, and brings great energy every day. I really appreciate the opportunity to grow, learn new skills, and challenge myself in a positive environment. It feels like a place where I can keep developing, reach new goals, and be surrounded by people who want to see each other succeed.

Cons

You have to be extremely dedicated to the job to get to your goalS.

Pros

I liked that when I started, I was given a base salary, which gave me stability and made me feel more comfortable while learning the role. Later, when I realized I could have made more money on performance-based pay, my boss was understanding and switched me over. I was nervous at first because I liked the security of fixed pay, but the company uses specific marketing systems that make it feel much more structured and manageable. Because of that, I feel like I actually have a lot of control over how much money I make, and if I want to earn more, I know I can do that by working harder and staying consistent.

Cons

The performance-based structure can feel scary in the beginning, especially if you are someone who values stability and guaranteed income. It takes a little time to trust the system and adjust to the idea that your earnings are more directly tied to your own effort. That can feel intimidating at first, even if it ends up being a positive once you get used to it.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the base salary gave you stability at the start and that we could later support you in moving to a structure that better matched your goals. We also appreciate your feedback on explaining the performance system more clearly to new starters. Thanks again for recognizing the flexibility and support of our team.
