poor ownership lead to the end

MCC has a great office environment to work in and is always looking for ways to expand. The leadership has a clear vision on where they want to go and work really well with every level of employee to make sure we can get there. I have been here long enough to experience the ups and downs and am very excited to be a part of our companies continued growth.

With the continued growth, there is the tendency to have to turn on a dime. one minute a certain project is a priority, the next something else is and you need to switch gears. I feel as though this comes with the territory when working at a company in a growth mode
