There are no pros to work here, since the company practices region based discrimination. Your welcome if you belong to their culture or ethnicity, you will get lot of perks. Otherwise nothing.

They will never pay any salary(this applies only to those who dont belong to their ethnicity), they will mention that you will get stipend during training period but after joining you will see their other face and turn back on their word about stipend/salary even if it was on paper. You will be critisized and not shown any sympathy. Just imagine someone coming to their company doing their work just for free. No proper training provided, after all we work for free like slaves. Whatever happens to the employees about their skill development, they are least bothered. They will squeeze every ounce of effort from you, and when its done, they will kick you out saying your performance was weak(this only applies to those who dont belong to their culture and ethnicity). Freshers become the first target for such practice since they cannot open their mouth and speak out against such barbaric treatment.
