Pros
Work/life balance is good, it's an 8-5 job with no stress outside of work hours and no expectations to do any work outside of your time in the office because it is an hourly position, which is a low base rate.
Cons
Zero training on the product and virtually no help on a simple transaction based sale. You are expected to do 50 calls a day and are told you are going to have a book of base accounts that will get you to the salary you are "expecting" which is not accurate. A huge majority of the base accounts are given to the Sr Reps and then you are left virtually prospecting a vast majority of the time, which is also not what I was told in the interview process. It is near impossible to make good money on commission here as well based on the compensation plan which they do not let you see until after you take the role. The quality of the product, the refurbished and repaired phones are not good. Many customer complaints while I was there and the management team does not do anything to accommodate customer concerns or complaints but rather leaves the customer out to dry without any focus on customer satisfaction, retention, or conflict resolution.
