Thanks for your feedback. We are in the process of rolling out a new Human Capital Management system that will give us a global view of all open positions within the company. We also send out a weekly list of many of our open job opportunities within the organization, globally. I encourage you to take a look at the opportunities and let your leader know if there are positions you are interested in. Additionally, your quarterly and annual review time is a great opportunity for you to talk with your leader about your career interests, so when a project ends there is more of an awareness of your interests for the next opportunity. Our goal is to retain all of our strong talent, but it's a partnership between leader and team members to continually talk about career objectives.
