      - Fairly good culture at times - Opportunity to grow up until certain point in terms of internal promotions and hires

      Cons

      - Lack of structure and vision at times - Lack of support - For a tech company, product development often took a backseat to other focuses - Not the best D & I at some locations - Quality and accuracy of data, to some extent

      Executives that lead by example, have built an amazing culture second to none, opportunity for personal and career growth, ability to make a difference

      Cons

      None really but if I had to call one out, perhaps it could be we will be experiencing growing pains in the years to come.
