      Pros

      There are some very talented and dedicated people working for this company. Most employees are hard working and will do what is best for the clients.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management. Promotion process is SERIOUSLY flawed. Top talent is ignored in favor of politics. Once you're in, you don't move. Opportunity depends on your organization, who you work for and politics.
