      Pros

      Really prestigious company. Very much respected due to its size. Anyone would be proud to work for them. In many respects it is a model investment management firm. Truly global firm. Looks really good on the CV.

      Cons

      Top heavy. Can be cut-throat. Lots of politics. Pay isn't always the best
