Pros
-Good benefits -Looks good on a CV, lots of opportunities when you leave
Cons
- I cannot emphasise this enough, DO NOT TRUST YOUR MANAGER. The culture of the company is that your manager will make promises without any intention to keep it to push you for better performance. If you dare to challenge your manager on an undelivered promise they will deny it ever happened - even if you have evidence - and your career is over at the firm. Good managers are either fired or harassed until they resign, while terrible managers get promoted for abusing everyone below them. This is the worst management culture I have ever seen. -Work hours are completely insane, often no new position is opened after a person leaves and the team is just expected to pick up the extra tasks. -Salary is only at market level when you join, after few years you will be severly underpaid. Bonuses are very minimal -Be prepared for multiple diversity and inclusion trainings while also hearing how awesome the new business with China is. The hypocrisy of this firm is astonishing -The company prides itself on being transparent but it is really not. For example most of the time if you want to trasfer internally, after everything is agreed your manager will ask you to wait 6M-1Year so they can better plan it. Then, your manager stops the transfer without any reason after months of your time and ask you to stay like it has any chance. The truth is that you can only transfer into cheaper countries.
