Pros
I joined during Covid and was working from home full time. I loved my job and felt BR was a company I could stay at for a long time.
Cons
You are forced to go into the office 3 days a week and there is minimal-no flexibility. A number of people I have spoken to in the tech teams are not happy and feel it has made their job less enjoyable. People have been complaining in the employee survey but the issue is not being addressed by management. I am thinking of leaving because of the required 3 days in the office which is a shame because I really like my role. It shows the lack of trust management has for their employees. The recruiters sell roles in APG by saying it's like a tech company and is separate from the asset management side but APG doesn't have much autonomy.
