      Very good pay and benefits, decent culture and work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not the strongest tech culture as driven people in the tech division make a career out of understanding the business more than understanding the technology. It’s corporate America after all.

      Respectable company, working with smart people for the most people.

      Cons

      Huge company, can be hard to navigate, almost impossible to get fired so good workers pick up slack for bad works. They need to trim fat faster and better
