Pros

Sales team members are always willing to help.

Cons

There are too many unnecessary changes happening just for the sake of change, especially across our tools and sales enablement processes. It’s only muddying the waters and adding more chaos on top of day-to-day work. Honestly, it’s becoming way too much — I feel buried in admin tasks instead of focusing on what actually drives results. I’m at the point where I’m starting to look elsewhere. Base pay and OTE are well below industry standards.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of the team for over a year. We’re thrilled to hear that you find the sales team members supportive and collaborative—that’s something we take pride in and strive to foster across the organization. Teamwork and willingness to help are core to our culture, and it’s great to know that this has been a highlight for you. We appreciate your honesty about the challenges you are facing. While change is often aimed at improving tools and enablement, we understand the importance of balance. Thank you again for your insights and for recognizing the strength of our team. We’re committed to listening and improving, and your perspective plays an important role in that.
