      Pros

      Best place to work doesn't come hard for this company. The environment is simply amazing. Great culture, great benefits, compensation is comparable for the location, wonderful people, awesome cafeteria, excellent gym. One of the best places to work in South Carolina

      Cons

      Finding a career track was a little difficult. There were policy and procedures, theories and ideologies for providing optimal client services, but not one career track methodology to be found. It was almost like 'get in where you fit in" which I found to be an injustices considering the number of grads that were working there.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
