      Pros

      Loved this company and joined at a very exciting time and felt incredibly energized in that I could help non profits succeed.

      Cons

      Leadership, ouch, things have really gotten sideways. Everything has been about the stock price for years and in reality if you drive the right behaviors w/in the company and honestly do the best to serve your customers, the increase in stock price would come. The o-mighty $ should never be your driving force behind the why.
