We have a flexible work schedule with work from home capabilities. Entire company is very collaborative and supportive. Opportunities to expand your skillset with cross training in other departments. Very much a team atmosphere. We are encouraged to challenge ourselves to do more, learn more. Support comes from the top - no one is inaccessible. If you need to talk to someone at the top, they are always available. Everyone feels included in what is going on with the company - what's new, what's changing, what is coming our way with new accounts. I love working here.
