Pros
Hiring starters, who want to prove themselves as sales people, provides a dynamic atmosphere. If you are lucky, you might also earn a fairly high commission (then again, the basic wages are very low).
Cons
They don't really care about their staff, their clients or quality. Consultants are basically telemarketers in suits, being forced to spam HR professionals with CV's until one of them actually matches to a vacancy. Not the place to learn anything about recruiting, Seeing as "recruiters" don't really talk to clients or candidates in person, only by phone.
The company is actively trying to be a caricature of a Wall Street company (with an actual gong and everything).
