Poor business decisions by leadership roll downhill, creating a constant swirl of chaos, attrition, and futility. Turnover was roughly 50% in one year.
Work is generally farmed out to the cheapest engineers available, resulting in buggy work that reflects poorly on the organization.
Diversity is not even an afterthought, and hiring practices are often extremely questionable.
